Happiness is to be found when in pursuit of it, in the soothed expectation, on the way, not only upon the arrival. Accepting detours, just going the way, which is anyhow not this obvious to anyone.
Thomas Bettinelli

Happiness is just a hairflip away.

"The way the system works now, you see the clothes, within an hour or so they're online, the world sees them. They don't get to a store for six months. The next week, young celebrity girls are wearing them on red carpets. They're in every magazine. The customer is bored with those clothes by the time they get to the store. They're overexposed, you're tired of them, they've lost their freshness".

Model : Yvesmark Chery

Hailing from Philadelphia, Yvesmark Chery started modeling to please his girlfriend who wanted to boot his self-confidence. The 22-year-old handsome Haitan American has vitiligo, a long-term skin condition characterized by patches of the skin losing their pigment. Besides, the affected area of the skin typically expands with time, and there's no known cure for it. The name 'vitiligo' was first used by Roman physician Aulus Cornelius Celsus (c.25BC – c.50AD) in his classic medical text "De medicina", making contributions to the classification of human skin disorders in dermatology. The change in appearance caused by vitiligo can affect a person's emotional and psychological well-being. Which explains why "confidence is a stain that people can't wipe off" is one of Yvesmark's favorite quote. Because what makes a good model is confidence. There are many ways to communicate, and one way is through body language. When a model portrays confidence one can better feel the emotions and message that is being portrayed in a photo. So he looks at the modeling industry as a platform to tell his story and send this message : be proud of who you are and don't let others' standards define your own.
