Nathan Kane Tyrone Carter is suggested to be one of the biggest stars of the genre of music known as Country and Irish. It's actually a subgenre in Ireland formed by mixing North American country style music with Irish influences. Especially popular in the rural Midlands and North-West of the country, but less so in urban areas or in the South-West where more traditional Irish music is favored. It also remains popular among Irish emigrants in Britain, particularly among the older generation. But Nathan Carter was born in Liverpool and moved over to Ireland when he was 17. As of today, he has released seven studio albums and three live albums. His influences range from Irish trad to folk -he’s played the accordion since four and plays the piano too, plus he now writes his own material. "Temple Bar" is the title of his new original single co-written by Nathan Carter and John Farry. This is the first taste of his forthcoming album "Stayin' up all night" out on April 29th.
