Hailing from Warsaw in Poland, Karol Radziszewski graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2004. A versatile artist, he paints, writes, performs in installations and videos and he's also a photographer. As the founder of the Queer Archives Institute, he has been the publisher and editor-in-chief of DIK Fagazine since 2005. His work was exibited in institutions such as the National Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Zacheta National Gallery of Arts in Warsaw; Kunsthalle in Wien; New Museum,in New York; Cobra Museum in Amsterdam; Wroclaw Contemporary Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art in Krakow and Muzeum Sztuki in Łódź. He received the prestigious Polityka’s Passport Award in 2009 as one of Poland’s most promising talents.
