Happiness is to be found when in pursuit of it, in the soothed expectation, on the way, not only upon the arrival. Accepting detours, just going the way, which is anyhow not this obvious to anyone.
Thomas Bettinelli

Happiness is just a hairflip away.

"The way the system works now, you see the clothes, within an hour or so they're online, the world sees them. They don't get to a store for six months. The next week, young celebrity girls are wearing them on red carpets. They're in every magazine. The customer is bored with those clothes by the time they get to the store. They're overexposed, you're tired of them, they've lost their freshness".

Harris J - "Good life"

After his début single, "Salam alaikum", he released last summer (here on Morphosis), British singer Harris J, soon 19, is back today with "Good life". Born in Chelsea in the heart of London, this Muslim teen artist with Indian and Irish heritage began singing and performing in public when he was five at school recitals and multi-faith gatherings. His mastery of classical Arabic recitation with tones and vocal techniques of Irish folk music create a distinctly rich blend of artistic talent. Having entered the social media powered Awakening Talent Contest in 2013 -in which Swedish multi platinum winning songwriter and artist Maher Zain was a judge- Harris J went on to win the competition and signed an exclusive record deal with Awakening Records -a British company specializing in Islamic music. In July 2015, he graduated from the world renowned Brit School of Performing Arts in London (alumni include Adele, Amy Winehouse and others). Harris J has performed in charity tours in the UK and at the Mandela tribute concert in South Africa. World Music Trends have identified him as "an artist who will take the global Islamic music scene by storm". He decided to step away from his dream of mainstream success to create music that expresses his Islamic faith. He says he is also using music as a tool to battle misrepresentations of that faith. He considers himself a proud Muslim and a true Brit and is now looking forward to taking his new blend of faith inspired music to the world. Written by Paddy Dalton, Moh Denebi, Maher Zain & Bara Kherigi, "Good life" is the second single video lifted from his first album, "Salam" (Arabic for 'Peace') .
