Choi Dong Wook, 28, better known by his stage name Se7en, is a South Korean singer. He began training at the age of fifteen. After four years of training in voice and dance, he released his début album "Just listen" in 2003 -exactly a decade ago. He began promoting his English songs through a US album preview party tour with a first stop in New York City in 2008. He made an official comeback in Korea after a 3-year hiatus in 2010. He can be classified as a tenor, his voice is described as smooth, mellow, and sometimes mildly abrasive when songs call for it. He often sings with a vibrato, and also incorporates beatboxing into many of his songs. Se7en enlisted yesterday in the army at Uijeongbu 306 Reserve in Gyeonggi Province for a 21-month period, leaving a heart-breaking video, "Thank Ü" for his fanbase.
