"Pure white snowy dawn" is the title of this season's collection. Imagine a tale. A dark man is awaken by the sound of falling snow. Song Zio's signature graphic and visual elements are maximized and enhanced by voluminous yet graceful slimming silhouettes with an elevated shoulder line, sleeveless jackets and audaciously wide pants or drop-crutch shorts. These elements are embodied in abstract and multi-dimensional pleat detailing. The design encompasses a heroic theme based on an architectural neo-avant-garde structure. This collection exemplifies refined men with mix and match of tough pelt / soft leather, 3-wool gabardines, drapy wool crape together with soft-touch wool. Various techniques are showcased to emphasize cozy warmness of napping wool Saxony, cotton velvet, and mélangé jersey. Possibly one of the best collections of the current season. I heart Sonzio !
