The tongue just comes out of fine stretched lips !

He could well perform our hot Andalusian Figaro with that black Spanish hat (unless it is a Borsalino, or something else )!

Alternately, he could well play for a Balenciaga ad, or even Ellus to some extent !
But he's too manly, too virile for a Versace/D&G/Armani ad !
