Über-versatile designer Philipp Plein was born in Munich, Germany. After graduating college at Schule Schloß Salem, he entered a law school. Not expecting to undertake a career in the world of luxury goods, he soon started to design deluxe items for him exclusively. After years of designing and producing a furniture collection, the company’s expanded in several directions : garden, lighting, kitchen, accessories and since 2005, fashion apparel.
